Tên “OperonBiz-CST” và “OperonBiz” được chúng tôi sử dụng hoàn toàn độc lập. Chúng tôi không có bất kỳ mối liên hệ, liên kết, hợp tác, đại diện hay quan hệ sở hữu nào với các tổ chức hoặc sản phẩm mang tên “Operon” khác trên thế giới, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở:

The names “OperonBiz-CST” and “OperonBiz” are used by us completely independently. We have no affiliation, connection, partnership, representation, or ownership relationship with any other organizations or products bearing the name “Operon” worldwide, including but not limited to:

• Operon S.A. (Spain / Tây Ban Nha)
• Operon.so
• Operon Solutions
• OperonX
• Operon.Cloud
• Eurofins Genomics / Operon Biotechnologies
• Và bất kỳ tổ chức nào khác sử dụng tên “Operon” / and any other organization using the name “Operon”.

Mọi sự tương đồng về tên gọi (nếu có) đều mang tính ngẫu nhiên và không nhằm mục đích gây nhầm lẫn thương hiệu.

Any similarity in names (if any) is purely coincidental and is not intended to cause brand confusion.

2. Bản chất môi trường Lab Sandbox / Nature of the Lab Sandbox Environment

OperonBiz-CST là môi trường đào tạo và giả lập quản trị doanh nghiệp 100% sandbox.

OperonBiz-CST is a 100% sandbox training and business management simulation environment.

• Toàn bộ kịch bản, số liệu kinh doanh và chỉ số vận hành (KPI, dòng tiền, tài chính...) dùng để luyện tập trong hệ thống đều là dữ liệu giả lập — OperonBiz-CST không đọc, ghi hay kết nối tới phần mềm kế toán / ERP / vận hành thật nào của doanh nghiệp người dùng. / All business scenarios, figures, and operational indicators (KPIs, cashflow, financials, etc.) used for practice in the system are simulated — OperonBiz-CST does not read, write, or connect to any of the user's real accounting / ERP / operational software.
• Một số tính năng hạ tầng của nền tảng có kết nối thật tới bên thứ ba — ví dụ xử lý thanh toán license qua Chuyển khoản/QR ngân hàng, tích hợp Google Drive/Calendar khi bạn chủ động bật, hoặc Cầu Nối đồng bộ với OperonBiz Production nếu tổ chức bạn có sử dụng. Các kết nối này được mô tả chi tiết và xin phép riêng ngay tại từng tính năng, cùng tại Privacy Policy (/privacy) và Data Processing Agreement (/dpa). / Some platform infrastructure features do have real third-party connections — for example, license payment processing via Bank Transfer/QR, Google Drive/Calendar integration when you actively enable it, or the sync bridge with OperonBiz Production if your organization uses it. These connections are disclosed and consented to individually within each feature, as well as in the Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Data Processing Agreement (/dpa).
• Kết quả giả lập, điểm số CST Index và các khuyến nghị chỉ mang tính chất học tập, tham khảo và rèn luyện kỹ năng. / Simulation results, CST Index scores, and recommendations are for learning, reference, and skill development purposes only.

3. Về AI Master Coach / Regarding AI Master Coach

AI Master Coach chỉ đóng vai trò hỗ trợ chấm điểm sơ bộ theo Rubric và đưa ra gợi ý.

AI Master Coach only serves to provide preliminary scoring based on the Rubric and offer suggestions.

Mọi quyết định cuối cùng thuộc về người dùng. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ quyết định nào được đưa ra dựa trên gợi ý của AI Master Coach.

All final decisions rest with the user. We assume no responsibility for any decisions made based on AI Master Coach suggestions.

4. Về chứng chỉ OpenBadges / Regarding OpenBadges Certificates

Chứng chỉ được cấp dưới dạng Open Badges có mã QR xác thực là chứng chỉ nội bộ của hệ thống OperonBiz-CST, thể hiện mức độ hoàn thành lộ trình học tập trong môi trường giả lập.

Certificates issued in the form of Open Badges with QR code verification are internal certificates of the OperonBiz-CST system, indicating the level of completion of the learning path within the simulation environment.

Chứng chỉ này không phải là bằng cấp nhà nước, chứng chỉ hành nghề, chứng nhận ISO, Lean Six Sigma hay bất kỳ chứng nhận chính thức nào khác.

These certificates are not state-issued degrees, professional licenses, ISO certifications, Lean Six Sigma certifications, or any other official credentials.

5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm / Limitation of Liability

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, OperonBiz-CST và các bên liên quan không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ thiệt hại trực tiếp, gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc hệ quả nào phát sinh từ việc sử dụng hoặc không thể sử dụng nền tảng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở: quyết định sai lầm dựa trên kết quả giả lập, mất mát dữ liệu, hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc hiểu nhầm bản chất của môi trường sandbox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperonBiz-CST and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: erroneous decisions based on simulation results, data loss, or damages arising from misunderstanding the nature of the sandbox environment.

6. Dữ liệu và bảo mật / Data and Security

Dữ liệu trong Lab Sandbox được xử lý chỉ nhằm mục đích đào tạo và cải thiện trải nghiệm học tập. Chúng tôi tuân thủ quy định pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân hiện hành tại Việt Nam.

Data in the Lab Sandbox is processed solely for training purposes and to improve the learning experience. We comply with applicable personal data protection laws in Vietnam.

7. Luật áp dụng / Governing Law

Tuyên bố này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh sẽ được giải quyết tại Tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

This statement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by the competent courts in Vietnam.
